WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE?

All guests can pick up their check-in packet from the drop box located conveniently on property, outside of the main office.  Check-in begins at 4:00 PM on your Saturday check-in date.  We do not offer early check-in service. If you anticipate arriving late, please contact (252) 441-4130 for your check-in procedure.  A security deposit and valid ID is required for all non-owners.


WHAT ARE YOUR CHECK-OUT CLEANING REQUIREMENTS?

Check-out is at 10:00 am on day of departure. Cleaning crews arrive at the resort at 10:00 am; your prompt departure is appreciated. Therefore, a $35 fee will be assessed for late check outs.

All keys are to be returned to our office upon departure.

 Please leave the villa tidy by completing the following items:

Clean out the refrigerator and leave the refrigerator/freezer settings on medium.

Please take all trash and unwanted food items to the dumpster at the resort entrance.

Please wash all dishes and put them away or place them in the dishwasher and begin the cleaning cycle.

Upon checking out, please leave the thermostat set at 66 in the heating season and 73 in the cooling season.

Please turn off all inside and outside lights.

If furniture has been moved, please return it to its original position.

Please ensure that you pack all personal items, including chargers for electronic devices. Management/housekeeping is not responsible for personal items that are left behind. Items left behind that are requested to be mailed will require a minimum charge of $10 for return via mail.


DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Ocean Villas has a strict “NO PETS ON THE PREMISES” policy.  If you have special needs or have an ADA qualified dog, please contact us and advise us of the work or task the dog has been trained to perform, so we might be better prepared to accommodate you and our other guest.


ARE LINENS & TOWELS PROVIDED?

Linens and towels are provided for ALL of the villas. Ocean Villas provides one set of towels per person (One bath towel, one hand towel and one wash cloth per person is provided.) not to exceed occupancy limit (1BR = 4 towel sets, 2BR = 6 towel sets). The towels are placed on each bed in the villa. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED.  Beds are made prior to arrival (with exception of sleeper sofas). Additional bed linens are on the shelf in the bedroom closet.

One bath mat per bathroom is also provided. (Towels are not freshened daily.)

Hospitality starter items are provided in each villa – items include one roll paper towels, two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, dish washer and dish detergent, bar soap (two per bathroom), five kitchen trash liners, one bath trash liner, two dish cloths, two drying towels, two pot holders, one oven mitt, 10 oz. bottle of Tide and a sponge/scrubber. If additional supplies are needed, you may purchase at local stores.


WHAT HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE?

Ocean Villas does not provide complimentary housekeeping services during your stay.  For your convenience, there are washer/dryer units in each villa and you are provided with laundry detergent.


DO YOU HAVE INTERNET SERVICE?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available during your stay. Please consult the policy guide located in your villa for password information.


DO YOU HAVE CABLE TELEVISION?

We have DIRECT TV Ultimate package for local channels, HBO, Showtime & Sonic Tap Music
